MATERIALS ENGINEERING - MATERIÁLOVÉ INŽINIERSTVO (MEMI) journal is published by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Žilina, four-times per year. It provides a unique opportunity for high quality publication of scientific and research works targeted on the characterization of structure of metallic and nonmetallic engineering materials, including plastic materials, ceramics and composites. The journal is further focused on engineering treatments resulting in improving of material properties, laboratory equipments and facilities for material treatment and on new knowledge in the field of information technologies in materials science. The contributions are published in English since 2008.
